I went on a Princess cruise this summer. Although these problems may seem minor, what upset me most about this cruise line is they did nothing to fix them or make me feel like I was a valuable customer. On 1 August 2008 (on or about) I was approached by Warrior Custom Golf to procure a golf club from them. When asked, I gave them information (private). Unknown to me, on 1 August they billed me through Chase Bank for $23.50. As the sales person, when asked, avoided most answers. With all that was occuring, I told him I didn't want the product (golf club). I repeated this to no avail. Not even saying...DAM IT, I don't want it!!! Recently, my husband and I solicited our local Menards to puchase replacement windows for our home. We also purchased two doors, which fit perfectly. We discussed the selection of the windows with their young and inexperienced Millwork salersperson - albeit very pleasant. I ordered the 50 States of America Coin Bear Collection in the middle of August, 2009. from an Infomercial. I was suppose to receive 10 bears and a bonus bear for $19.95. I received 6 bears and was charged $32.90 on my credit card on the day of my partial shipment. I have yet to receive my remaining order. When I try to call the company, I get either a busy signal or approximate wait time of 40 minutes to speak to a rep. After talking to my credit card company the only way to stop an automatic with-draw is to cancel my credit card and have them issue another number. Found tickets on StubHub, seller noted difference in seating at venue from what was shown on ticket. Used StubHub website to verify seating chart. At concert found out that tickets were wrong and seating chart was wrong. Appealed to StubHub for partial refund because the listing on their website was inaccurate - they refused to honour their mistakes and even said that there was no record of my complaint which I made the business day after the concert. I would like to share the harrowing experience I have just had with Fedex Ground. I live in Dallas, TX, and Wednesday I ordered two very expensive tickets in Austin, TX for this weekend's Texas vs. OU matchup played in Dallas where I reside. We hired Window World of St. Louis to remove and install 13 windows. First they showed up 4 hours late, then rushed to get the job done while it rained outside. They kicked out the old windows, not putting drop cloths down inside. In our spare bedroom, they did put a drop cloth down, but managed to severely scrape our newly-finished hardwood floor. Instead of receiving your canvas on professionally stretched frame, you're sent 4 cheap pieces of wood you put together yourself; their website doesn't tell you that you build it yourself, of course. RE: Citi Credit Cards I have had a Citi card (through Quicken) for exactly 7 years and have always made payments, often more than the minimum, on time. I made a payment of $160.00 on 5/21/07 which included $12.82 in late fee's. I wrote an even amount out provided that the $9.16 will be adjusted to my next payment. This is the biggest ripoff with no way of contacting anyone when you have a problem. All it does is point you to free websites that you could have accessed on your own. McAfee Site Advisor warned me on this, but I did not pay attention. Now I am $29.95 poorer and still did not find the genealogy information I was promised. Website states that if they don't find anything on a search that that you will not be charged a credit -- guess I am about six credits in the hole as everything comes up zero and you still get charged. Century Link, formerly Embarq, is the worst company to do business with. I have had phone service with the same company for 13 years. I missed last months payment and they shut off our phone, dsl and email accounts. The payment was a oversight and sent a check 4 days before the new due date. Century link is a total rip off and I would recommend using a different company for your phone service.
