I called a phone number that a coworker gave my husband. You were suppose to get grocery store vouchers in increments of $25. I paid $9.90 for rush delivery. I was contacted by Data factory at the end of June 2009, a company used by Old Mutual, and informed that I am a beneficiary for Orion Provident Fund and money is due to me. Aliso Laguna dental care installed a crown on October 2006 and I had to pay for the total cost. They told me it was not covered by my insurance. I found out later that the crown was covered. This Company is very unprofessional and has poor patient care. The assistants walk in and out of each patient area, joking and laughing with each other which was very unprofessional and erased any feeling of privacy. If you've had a cavity wall filling done by this company, you might want them to come back and double check they did the work. They did the work just over a year ago, but due to a problem they came back and check with a camera and found that there was very little filling. On 11.07.2009 I called Nedbank Insurance to register a claim for a leak underneath our house (that is what it looks like to me anyway) Claim ref: NED0952796.
