I recently applied for a loan from welcome finance, I was told that I had been accepted and the final agreement needed to be signed and sent back after a seven day cooling off period then the money would be released.Imagine my shock when I received a letter turning me down after all I had been accepted two days previous. I tried to update my Microsoft Money 2006 software by download. I received an order confirmation for $35.98 in charges. The download failed and Digital River will not allow me to re download saying I have exceeded my limit of attempts. Every time I try to contact them by the web my attempt count goes up. I have an issue with a warranty problem. I purchased an XMH10A on 12/26/2007 and immediately had it installed and activated on the same date. Funny that the 14 day offer they claim where the product must be returned by is not included on any invoice that comes with the product. Absolute control freaks. Constant threatening notes to the entire community about policy enforcement and arbitrary rules created on the fly (esp. regarding parking) that feel like the place is ran like a prison. I too have problems with the Kenmore Elite Trio Refrig. Mine has a bad fan motor. I have had the refrig. for two years, while under maintenance agreement having the same trouble getting the appliance serviced another person.
