Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend’s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren’t cut straight and the paper wasn’t even completely cut off the sides. When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. CBS overbooks thir audience tickets to the degree that a guard at the gate explained if you want to be sure to get a seat, you have to camp overnight (on the sidewalk?) to be in line early enough. I arrived at 7:10 AM, after traveling 1 1/2 hours to get there, 1:20 earlier than stated line up time of 8:30AM. The ticket was not honored due to overbooking. Yes there is a certain amount of personal responsibility, but if they can't act like other people who do the same business, they shouldn't do it. I got a confirmation email from then, then nothing. When I called them after 24 hours, like they said to do, they told me that they had no record of the reservation and that the flight was 66% more money. I have Purchased a Motorola V3i 10 Months ago and I could see a small crack on my LCD when observed keenly. I reported it to a Service Center and they say that is not an Issue and now My screen suddenly is oozing some liquids out and it is not giving any display. 12/6/09 two of us flew to Oaxaca Mexico on US Airways and then onto Mexicana.
