I purchased a GE washer 3 yrs ago and have had nothing but problems, called the ceo of the company and he referred my complaint to a man who was rude and ignored the complaint and just wanted to get rid of me, making me think the machine was fine, after 3 service calls and money I had to put out I have now stopped payment on the check because when the service man left the machine started leaking again and it leaks every once in a while, and my downstairs is starting to smell of mold, I might have to have someone come in to clean up that, and I... read full review »

I joined Direct Medical out of Irving Texas. A discount plan which includes supposed discounts on medical services. A total RIPOFF!!! My doctor, a blood lab (which is on their website and in their booklet), a radiology site, (on their website and booklet) and my eye doctor (also listed in booklet) EVERY OFFICE refused the card. Seems my eye doctor never signed up for it at all. When i called them to get a refund they basically called me and the office staff liars! I bullied my way to getting $179.00 monthly fee returned but $135.00 application fee was not. THIS IS A SCAM! Don't fall for it!! read full review »

I went online to my bank this morning to find that this company has taken out over 30 british pounds. I had to search to find out who they are. I have never ordered anything from these people EVER! Apparently they call themselves chinese herbal tea company and the only reference I could find for them was this site which speaks volumes about what they really do which is theft! The fraud department of my bank are now handling it! This is the third time this year that I have had to change all my bank details. My bank has suggested that I... read full review »

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. You order a "free-trial" product for 30 days. When you get the product, it is really for 14 days, and you have only 4 days to use the product before returning it. I ordered the product 1/23/09, received the product and 2/2, called the company on 2/2 and after spending hours dealing with the problem was told to return the product insured with a delivery confirmation (it cost me 4.00 to return the product). I returned the product on 2/2/09, the post office confirmed delivery on 2/7, and I was charged $59.95 on 2/14 for... read full review »

I ordered a jacket from Blair.com. Apparently somewhere in their website is an agreement to sign up for Easy Saver for $1.95 a month charged to my credit card. I am still trying to get this charge removed after two phone calls. The woman I spoke with was very rude. What a scam. read full review »

I am not sure what is going with this company, but am becoming concerned it is having trouble. My order, placed over a month ago, has not arrived. I've received no word from a shipper about delivery. Company is not responding to emails and has not returned calls placed over the last 5 days. On only one occasion, among approx. 20 calls to 30 calls, was I able to get a live person on the phone. This is a word of caution. I will update this info. read full review »

Never in my life have I been so confused, mistreated and financially raped by a company. Even AOL's routine double and triple billing wasn't as bad as dealing with IUG. Watch out for Bay Alarm! We purchased an alarm system from them after we were burglarized and they used double sided tape on rough sawn lumber to mount the door transmitter. This resulted in another successful burglary at our house where they removed the door transmitter with a putty knife and duct tape. The alarm didn’t go off because the transmitter was taped together by the burglars. If Bay Alarm had used screws to secure the transmitter like the manufacturer recommends, the burglary would have been thwarted. We purchased the alarm to... read full review »
