Ive been trying to track my package for a week now and the postal company only knows that its in Vermont. I knew the company was in Utah and I am in NY so it made no sense to me that my package would go past the state I am in. Ive tried several times to get ahold of customer service via email but I have not had any reponses. I cannot find a number to call but from what I read of the other review, it would do me no good. I purchased Sims 2 double deluxe on gamestop.com. my order was approved as a DOWNLOAD NOW transaction and everything. I received my receipt but now dowload link. so i called gamestop who directed me to a email address for trymedia because trymedia rents space from gamestop to advertise their products. so i email trymedia, never got a response back as to why i havent been able to enjoy what i pd $10 extra to be able to DOWNLOAD NOW instead of making a commute to the store or waiting for it to be delivered. I purchased a mattress from Simply Organic Sleep over a year ago and never received it. In my dealings with Beam of Light Technologies, INC. were at first very good. Their product switch faild and they replaced it right away. The second switch on their product failed again. I called them and they said they would replace it again. That was 3 weeks ago. In June of 2008, I book a vacation package through Sam’s club travel from Washington DC to Ft Myers Florida. As part of the package I purchased the travel protection. I also am very embarrassed to say that I was taken by Legion Global. I purchased 2 atvs from the location in New Lenox in person and have found that by time I make all of the repairs I could have bought 2 Polaris atvs. The 125cc isn't a 125 its a 110cc and is shaking itself apart, I have to tighten bolts all of time. Even got a second contact but this one instructed me to bring a recent free credit report obtained by clicking a link on the email to my interview. Beware of LEDLight.com. This company is selling products that they know are defective. No support for failed LED bulbs. These bulbs are very expensive ($20 - $105) and in some cases last only two or three weeks. They refuse to replace defective bulbs. I booked the Intercape Mainliner bus from PTA to CT for the 9/04 departing PTA at 17:00. A sleepliner arrive at the PTA station at 17:00 and all the mainliner passenger where placed on the bus, stating that we were going to get our bus in JHB. I was fine with that and it was treated quite professionally by the hostess assisting us. I was so tired of seeing scam after scam and I ran into this website called jobs for moms. My thoughts were wow! a site that has all these shows backing it, and they weed out the scams that's exactly what I need. Most of the jobs, if they are even hiring, require 3-5 years experience to even apply. If you don't apply to any jobs and get rejected you don't qualify for the refund that they promise. Movers damaged items that were finally delivered today: an irreplaceable family heirloom antique secretary was severely damaged, no bedroom set hardware was delivered, dvd player w/remote is missing, 52" plasma tv is scratched, numerous small items and appliances are missing or damaged. I was called after filing out a form on MSNBC about getting help for a loan modification. Vince Centrone said he could help me and told me the cost would be $2000.00. I told him I would have to make payments of $500.00 every pay day in order to pay and we set up arrangements to do so. If you ever have to deal with Steve Zerin, run the other way! He comes off as a nice guy who is here to help you. He is completely unorganized, does not take care of your property (scratches floors, etc.), and is completely unreliable. I cannot count the number of times he said he would be over at a certain time only to never show up and come up with a lame excuse three days later when I finally got a hold of him. I am formally filing this complaint with you about my bank, National City located at 1385 North Green Mount Road, OFallon, IL. 62269.
