What a place. My family and I sat down to eat on 4th of July Weekend and totally got ignores. After waiting 1 hour and being told numerous times by the owner that the food was coming right out, it never did and we gave up. On Saturday, July 21, 2007 I purchased five adult and one child passes for both Universal Theme Parks in Orlando, Florida for one day. The cost of these passes was 475.00. My husband and I purchased a mattress from Park Furniture, Altoona, Pa. under the impression we were recieving the best service from a small business owner. The mattress, Allure from Restonic, cost us $1600! It lasted about a year and a half then formed permanent indentations on both sides. It no longer offers support or pain free nights. I toss and turn and wake up unrested and in much pain. They will not do anything about this as there is small stain on the mattress which they say voids the warranty. In 2004 I overpaid my Shell gas credit card by $200. Shell sent me a check for the same amount while I was in Indonesia, working the tsunami disaster... Last few times I have been in the store, I have been overcharged for my items that I purchased. The last time the scanner was not putting in the correct price of the sale item. I went out to my car thinking that the purchased price was too much. After I looked over my receipt, I found that I had been overcharged for 7 items. I bought a gateway computer 1997. The mother board crashed which meant it didn't work. Gateway claimed the warranty expired and it was only 6 mos old. We threw out the computer it was useless. I owed 600 dollars we told them we wouldn't pay. Needless to say 8 years later Rubin and Rothman must have bought the account now I owe 1700.00+ they froze my checking then they put a garnishing on my wages. I ordered several TV series on DVD. The discs do not play... in some cases, my DVd player gives the message 'bad disc'. In all the other cases, after twenty minutes playing, the discs will not play, or become pixilated and will play no further. I sent several more emails, still no reply (and no product). Upon writing this it has been 3 months, with no product, and no word from Mustang Tags. In the last 15 months I had 4 vehicles shipped from Miami, FL, to Europe using the services of a shipping Company called ASI (Autoshipment International) located 49 NE 22th Street in Miami, FL 33137.
