I called them to let them know my 3 year old son wrote on our leather sofa with pen. I filed the claim the next day. They sent a tech out 3 weeks later. I called to find out what they would do since the tech could not get out the stain. He said the pen sat too long. They denied the claim. They told me the tech said it was permanent marker. BS. On Aug.30th made arrangement for transportation to and from Sacramento Airport. On Aug.31st driver arrived and after entering the van driver demanded payment, not giving any receipt. Upon arriving at the airport I asked where we would be picked up upon arrival on Sept.5, 7:25 PM. Driver didn't know but said it would be at the end of the lane. I have written letters as well as emails and have not gotten a response from anyone. I decided to call but after being given about 8 different phone #s, no one was able to help. I am certain that I am disconnected by design. In utter frustration now, should I contact my lawyer?? The problem is that my clothes smell moldy after ashing. I also complained about the rubber lining being mildewed and has worn thin ans so it can burst at any time. AT&T assigned a bad number to my new home. The number was blocked by MCI for outstanding debts in past years.
