I bought a magazine subscription through this company. The magazine was never delivered. When I called the company, they told me that I could get my money back if I sent in a copy of the cancelled check and my receipt which I did. I have used remit2india.com to send money to India. They says that the rate will be applied as per the exchange rate of the day your funds are converted. They are cheating the customer. They are not disclosing what rate they have applied to your fund. Nor they keep the old rate on their site. What they basically doing is converting your fund on the less rate and saying that was the rate when your fund are converted and cheating the customer. I concur with others who have had bad experiences with Wilmington Finance or their loan servicing division - Morequity. I would not recommend doing business with them. While I was aware of the 3-year prepayment penalty provision when I signed the loan from Wilmington Finance, I did not realize the inconvenience and magnitude of a penalty of 5% of the remaining balance. I bought a motorola l6 on 4 may 06 and its under warranty. My charger stopped working and i went to my nearest motorola authorized center on jail road new delhi. They say they don't have the charger and i have to wait may be a week or more than that. Or i should try other centers which is far from my residence. I bought my maytag ice2o French door refrigerator from home depot 8 mos ago. Loved it when I got it, but soon after had problems with the ice maker. They replaced the ice maker. Now the ice maker is still having problems. Its not strong enough to break up all the ice. The ice cubes freeze in big blocks causing the system to clog. This co. says they loan money to people who can not get normally loans. If you have bad credit they can help so they claim. They then tell you have to pay and insurance policy then pay the tax on the loan. We ended up paying over 3000.00 to borrow money. I used this company to host my web site. However when I wanted to cut off the account, despite repeatedly asking them to do so, they have billed my credit card for another years' unwanted service. Have had to cut off my credit card and lodge a complaint with the bank. Had a previous experience with Ameriquest which we cancelled by recision within appropriate time although they said they did not receive the recision (whole other story).
