Signed up for long distance last year for calling India for rate of 16 cents, at the present still charging me 16 cents, while on their web site, the rate for calling India is 13 cents. Call customer service to complained about this, and she told me they are still charging me the old rate when I signed up. I saw a commercial on TV for a free search, for who's searching for you. I went to the website and it was suppose to be free 7 day trial until you give them your information, and then they took out $191.40 and $155.40 from my account. I called them 2 minutes later and they would NOT refund my money and had already took it out of my account!! I bought a bus ticket for my son to travel from Penang to KL on 10/12/2009 at 4.30 pm. Three days before the travel date I went to the counter to change the ticket to 11/12/2009. My request was turned down and I had to buy a new ticket for him. The staff said he will try to sell the ticket for me. I posted a message on the breeders web page letting others know that I bought a chahuahua from a breeder found on the puppyfind site. This puppy had sarcoptic mange I faxed Jessica from puppyfind documents from the vet stating the puppy had mange. I was very upset when this message was then removed. It is not fair to other family's who will purchase a puppy from this bredder and have to go through what we did. They should at least have the heads up on this situation.
