they advertised that their cabins had two king beds and a mountain veiw. that was not the case and when I called to get the issue resolved they were very nasty. i decided to call the BBB to see if they had other complaints. there were other complaints for false advertising and customer service as well. i would not recommend the to anyone else. i even recieved some emails from the owner that was not genuine at all she just wanted me to take my complaint back from the Chamber of Commerce. On Aug.30th 2010 an Intoxalock device was installed in my vehicle. Today is Dec.12th. Since the first day of installtion I have had 5 of the devices installed in my vehicle. I pay a leasing fee of $65 dollars each month and each time they send me a new device they expect me to pay aprox. $92.00 for the new device and not to mention a $15.00 sevice dollar fee to have it installed. I purchased a Mahogany double door entranceway from Nicksbuilding.com for $8000.00. Two years later the door is falling apart at the seams. I have never seen an exterior door perform so poorly in my life. While I would agree that this firm's juicer machine is amazing, all will be well till you need a spare part if the drum or drum cap crack in use under warranty. Ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from everydaylowprice.com and after waiting a week after it was "shipped" I started reading online about the company. Found out someone ordered the same thing and never received them also. So I tried to contact the seller and realized they don't even have a contact email or list an address. I use to work as a chat host for this company and it's very secretive. You have to watch what you say. They fired me just because they wanted to get new females and get rid of the ones that has been on for a year or so. This company is a rip off. I signed a contract with Merchant Lynx Services credit card processing. Before I signed, I asked the salesman if there was a charge for equipment. He answered "no" and presented the contract to me. When I signed it the space was blank for the equipment. After leaving he filled in $69.95 for 48 months. I am now paying $4000 dollars for a machine that is worth about $300. I can't even get a legible copy of the signed agreement with Merchant Lynx. This is my first time, make a hotel reservation for Baiyoke Boutique Hotel and Hotels2Thailand.com bill me through my credit card. Everytime i make a reservation, i pay upon hotel check-in. Due to the Bangkok protest which last for a couple of months, my flight has changes and I would like to cancel the hotel reservation. The customer support is going to refund me the total amount - 7% due to bank transfer fee. This is ridiculous. I have never come across making a 7% charges due to cancellation of reservation. I was given no paperwork and the dealer sold me the car from his 'house' after showing me the vehicle at an alternative dealership in watford. This company is an online fitness equipment store. They offer what seems to be this great money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with an in home 30 day equipment trial, etc. I ordered a treadmill, was talked into a shipping upgrade that I didn't need and then the treadmill was a piece of crap, noisy, squeaky, and when I moved it found plastic shavings and rubber dust apparently from parts rubbing or grinding on each other. In my experience, the DVDs were delivered in a timely fashion. I tried to play each discs in our DVD player and was a bit disappointed because it was not high definition quality as I thought so. The quality is fine but not the best. I contacted the company immediately to file my complaint.
