We had a tough move with 2 flights of stairs and experienced some minor damage to our furniture. These things happen during most big moves but the Vancouver Moving and Storage’s team was very professional and took full responsibility for the accident. We had minor damage to a couple of the hinges for a dresser and they sent over their handy carpenter guy the next morning at 8am to fix things. He not only fixed the hinges but he also tightened up that old dresser to make it better than it was prior to the move. Their movers were great as well. Back on September 3rd 2009. My daugher had her school pictures taken. She turned in the payment and proceeded with her pictures. The school gets the pictures back and my daughters pictures were not there. I spoke with her school and come to find out about 50% of the pictures never showed up. I stopped at Cumberland Farms and put $150.00 on my Visa debit card. This money was for my bills. I then called in my Visa account on the way home(30min drive)and was told I had a balance of $342.58.
