This company is a fraud. They go around from Church to Church stealing from our own people. They take cash registers collecting money on files that sit there. They act as attorneys and write up responses to court docuements and prepare people for court hearings. They are not a law firm. They stold money from me and did only 25% of the work and then never returned calls except on the first of every month to collect more money. Absolutely terrible!! Stay away from this company, they will only give you headaches. I ordered a pair of boots, was told they were out of stock 2 weeks later then a week after they were supposed to be back in stock I had to call to see where they were and they told me they canceled my order, but I could place another order and it would be 2-4 weeks till they were back in stock again...outrageous! This is the most pathetic service I have received from any car dealership. Driving a bmw you would expect the service to live up to the brand but unfortunately not with this dealership. to cut a long story short I had to take my car in 3 times to finally get my issues sorted out which should be standard replacements of parts, no feedback received from service advisor and just passing the buck on the issue. I went to Belle Tire in Lansing and bought two new tires for the front of my Astro Van. 3 months later I noticed a bulge in the side-wall of the front left tire. I took it in for warranty replacement and the salesman looked at the tire and claimed it was damaged. I pointed out that there was no damage to the rim or tire. He took his ink pen and circled a hair-line crack (which was caused by the bulge) and said it was damage. Long story short, they refused to replace the tire. I ordered 40 2 year grape vines in march, with a guarantee of replacement if vines don't grow; received the vines in april; planted them according to instructions, including expensive irrigation drip system for each vine. All vines with the exception of 13 produced buds and leaves within 4 weeks. By June it was apparant the 13 vines were never going to bud. I purchased a 12 week old puppy which was supposed to be a pure breed Siberian Husky. It turns out he is mixed with a Malamute and if blind in one eye. He was apparently born with it blind and she claimed he was perfectly healthy and his eye was fine. She also stated she would be sending the AKC papers to me. I ordered to bras that were listed as in stock, from HosieryStreet on March 3rd, 2010 and received one in about two weeks with a notice that the other one was backordered. I had heard nothing by April 5th so I wrote them again requesting that they either refund my money or send the bra and they responded saying the bra would be here within two weeks. May the 7th, and I still had no bra, so I wrote again, demanding they refund my money. Today is May 11th and I have received no response.
