I am LPG Gas consumer No. 854052 with IOC Ltd. I deal with Golden Gas Service Palam Vihar Gurgaon. I had booked for cylinder on 3rd June 2011( booking number 1426). Till Today i.e. 29th June I haven't received the cylinder. When I contacted the dealer last week, everyday they kept on telling me that cylinder would be delivered that day. The advertise a 115% price match guarantee. That is, they will match a competitors price and pay 15% difference between their price and the competitors price. I have had 2 past experience with L&S. once for my cooling system and once for my heating sysytem and both through First American Home Buyers Protection Corp. On both occasions I experienced very poor customer service, lies. I made several complaints to the L&S owner, LEO, and several compaliants to First American for choosing poor contractors. I ordered a turband (it's a headband) from GoldSaturn.com and never received it. It was $50 and they charged $11 for shipping (ridiculous for something that weighs nothing!). I have gone to Midwestern for a couple of years now. They would not do any work in my mouth till I got this deep root and acaling done. After they did that they put together a plan of action. We recently had some wind damage to our mobile home. The wind took off the skirting from the bottom of the mobile home. It only took off half the stuff. We filed a claim, the adjuster came out and told us the quote we sumitted was to high and was to replace all of the skirting with new. Farm Bureau will only cover what was taken down. I took my car in for routine service on a Friday. They serviced the car, charge $200+. The next day it began making a horrible noise so we took it in on Tuesday. Now they claimed it needed a new fan belt. Charge $100+. They should have caught this problem on Friday. I believe that the mechanic did something (loosened the fan belt) and they are now charging me for bad work that they did. I won't use them again because I don't trust them. I have been in my home for 9 years. I have recently contacted MI Windows and Doors about the seals on their windows. They are stating that the windows are covered under the warranty and that they will replace them. However, I have to measure, pay for the shipping, and install or have them installed myself. Keeping in mind that any error in measuring would be at my expense. Also, when I asked why I would have to pay for shipping they stated that the warranty just changed as of 1/1/10.
