Quite possibly the worst service department I have ever visited. Here's my story: I recently bought a new 2011 Mini Copper for my daughter. After a month, the plastic cover on the sun visor broke off. I setup appt at South Motors to replace, and after dropping off car, waited 2 hours to be told the part needed to be ordered. OK, so weeks go by, and no response to the part, until I get a survey a month later and I kill them on it. Germania Insurance has a dishonest adjuster in Seminole, Texas. He made a house call, examined the claim information, called us twice and submitted information that included one call from plumbers, when there were two calls made to our home. I am extremely displeased with Fusion! I recently bought a 37" LCD TV from them and 2 months in it stopped working. I have called the customer support line and every time I call I get an automated message telling me that everyone is busy. I have left messages, just like they instruct, and I have yet to hear back from them. I thought since this was a new company they would at least have good customer service so they could actually compete with the more well known brands, but no. Is it normal or legal for a tree company to start charging you the minute they call you and are on their way and then talk to you for a half an hour once they arrive? Only when I asked the crew manager when to "start the clock" (as I was paying on an hourly basis) did he say the minute he called me from his truck which was over an hour earlier. Like others, this company completely scammed me, they never sent the demo lenses then refused to return them as they said I didnt include them in the return. When I called they said they would speak to a supervisor and call me back, instead they sent the return back to me and have made no effort to satisfy this complaint. Numerous customers purchased bus tickets online from NYC to Dc. The tickets were for select dates and times which were confirmed by the company. When we arrived they advised they cancelled all the early bus schedules and we would all have to wait 2.5 hrs. No emails, notice on their website or phone calls were made to advise of the cancellation and refunding of tickets were refused. Another bus company was offering earlier bus times but this company refused to reimburse our money.
