I took my car in for a normal oil change and found when I received my car back that a $100 visa gift card was taken out of my glove box. I reported this to the service advisor as soon as I checked the car over and asked why someone had to go into my glove box for an oil change. Upon adopting a 3 mo. old kitten from the local shelter, I took him for his first visit to the VCA vet close to my home. I wanted to use my Visa Debit card for a purchase because I didnt have cash on me at the time. They said that the minimun charge had to be $10. I know this is illegal but I didnt say anything to the employee. I then had to go to the ATM and get cash but then had to pay to use the ATM ($3 at the ATM and then $2 from my bank). My wife went there for about four visits and took my kids there for an adjustment as well. They ask, when you are a patient there (especially since there were three of them) if you would like to "sit in their chair". What they don't tell you is they charge you exorbitantly to sit in their message chair and bill it as a "treatment". It is posed as you can sit here and get comfortable until we get to you. I have had two separate loans on two separate properties with Greenpoint Mortgage, Countrywide, Bank of America for 4 years.
