I took my irreplaceable vintage kimono, a family heirloom, to them to clean. There were a few brownish orange stains on it I didn’t expect to come out because they had been there since my childhood at least. I purchased a 19"x28" blue "Samsonite 1910" suitcase at Ross. On my first flight the upper outer zipper for the smaller compartment broke. I saw Dr. Byrce Johnson twice for a herniated disc in my neck. I should've listened to my husband who hated the doctor from day one. This guy knew I was in serious pain. My husband and I, after much consideration, purchased a large Samsung 50 inch plasma tv. We've had this tv for 4 months. A week ago a crack appeared. Be careful when dealing with the mortgage team in Burlington, MA. They are the most unprofessional group of people I've ever worked with. They will play a shell game with you to try to recoup their incentives they offered in a form of a fee or higher interest rate. This is an aggressive bunch and the culture there is to be pushy and intimidate you. Most people don't like conflict so this technique works well for them.
