Appears to be a scam. They charge for a parts request with a guarantee that you will receive at least two 'responses' in XX hours. I paid and received two spam emails. I called both and they said yes they get the requests from partrequest.com, but they don't sell those parts. I went to partrequest.com to claim the refund and their site returns a "Page does not exist." (404) error when I click on the Refund link.
