I was ripped off by John Moore. They charged $807 to replace a 15 ft PVC pipe. It was an emergency but afterwards I got 5-6 bids on the job andwas told it should not have cost more than $200. THey charged $599 for a 15 ft piece of PVC pipe that would have cost less than $15. I have tried talking to them but they just blow me off. Lately, the e-mail reply request is not working. I can recieve e-mails and pull them up, but I cannot sent a reply to the sender. Sometimes it will be corrected in a couple of hours, and sometimes it will be a day or two, before it gets corrected. I don't know what the problem is, but I wish it could be corrected quickly. The same thing happened to me! I ordered Jimmy Choos. I got an email saying the shipment was delayed. I asked directly if they were fake and got no response. Mine too, are a cheap imitation of the real thing. The colour is wrong, the sizing is wrong and the shoes are squashed as was the box. Freightpad.com ripped me off!! I paid to have my vending machine shipped by Shannon Steede and even bought his crappy "insurance". Needless to say my unit was destroyed and his insurance is USELESS.
