BAC Home Loans is about 1 phone call from a lawsuit. After the feds raided Taylor, Bean & Whittaker last year, BAC acquired my loan. My escrow account did not transfer correctly and my August 09 payment was not credited to my account. Since then, they have failed to apply yet another payment!! I got a Sony Ericsson C903, brand new, sealed handset (with bill and warranty) in May 2010. Within a month, the phone started giving problems.
