Staff did not adhere to the "customer is always right rule" Manager had nothing better to do than to tell us you can't jump in pool, you cant keep you wet towels/bathing suit on lounge chair, you cant play ball, you cant use that bbq...The rooms were spacious but the sheets had blood stains and hair on them. I went to Sewing Just For You at 860 4th Street in Santa Rosa California and dropped off 4 pairs of jeans to be hemmed and one pair to have the waist taken in. I shipped a Mixing console estimated value of 550 dollars and the item got damaged in shipping. Estimated cost to repair is 478 dollars. I took at $240 dress to Carousel Cleaners, on 13 Mile Road in Roseville, MI, to have a small white powdery stain removed. They removed part of the stain, but the dress was returned to me with huge, black, drippy-looking stains all over the dress. I needed the dress for a wedding, that afternoon, but Carousel Cleaners ruined the dress. The man at the counter was unconcerned. I am trying to find out who the owner is. Went during their 50% off sale. They "sold most of their discounted beds, " except for a "great deal" of 50% off on a $3000 floor model. I filed a grievance against a student who was proven to NOT be honestly doing his own school work and submitting it as his. They clean gutters with blowers, ok unless you have tiny stones as siding that collect in your gutters. After blowing dirt and stones onto my unistone property they blew hundreds of stones into my liner pool as a clean up. I went toe fish couter in my local ASDA supermarket with the intention of buying a whole Salmon. However having waited about 20 minutes for someone to serve me (There were staff available), but they told me to wait until someone else to serve me; I decided to go to TESCO to get my salmon instead.
