I had went to this company to get both brakes fixed. They were going to charge me 300+ for the front brakes alone and 337 for the rear. The rear Is understandable but the front? Overpriced. I just needed the front pads replaced at the time (which I did myself because of the price) I don't know if it's just me that they are doing this to or anyone else but that was rediculous. They have lost my business there. And what's sad is I had went there in the past for several years. After claiming to have a turnaround time of 3-5 days, my prescription safety glasses took a full 21 days to receive via priority mail (two day mail time). I returned equipment to lease comm when I stated a new credit card service in Jan 2005 i noticed charges from lease source so I thought it was from new cc service co as business slowed down I could not afford $60.00/mo for lease so i returned second cc machine. I have a huge problem with the quality of the trees that were delivered to my home. For the prices I paid, I expected to receive trees that were at the same age and size as the ones offered in a local Lowes or Home Depot. I understand that shipping causes stress to the trees- however the trunk width and short heights are not affected by shipping. On 9/3/10 I had my Saturn Outlook 2008 serviced. One half hour later I had other problems with my vehicle and took it back to get it corrected. I could not stand my plane ride back to Worcester from Myrtle Beach with Falcon Air. To start, the plane was delayed for two hours and then when I finally got on the plane, it was absolutely filthy. I mean it smelled horrible, there was stickiness everywhere, gum stuck all over the place. It was disgusting. Then, my carry on luggage was forced to be put under the plane and not in the overhead.
