First off, I called this company to fix my air conditioner since I have a 76 year old mother with cancer and a 5 month baby. I can live without air conditioning but not these two. I found on my credit card statement that the amount that was charged was more than what we spent and I have the receipt to prove it. When I called and talked to the manager, she first asked me if I had my receipt. When I told her I had it in my hand, she then said I had put the extra money on the bill as a tip.
