LIS Mortgage told me that they could get me a loan modification on my existing mortgage. I paid them and didn't get any results. The first thing is that they had moved to another location without any kind of notification. I had to call and get a recording in order to get their new phone number. Hi, I purchased a brand new Konica Minolta printer magicolor 1600W from adorama.com. It arrived to me as broken, and would not print the colors as expected. My understanding, as a retailer, adorama.com is responsible for customer service, but they refused straightly. They left me to deal with manufacturer. We have been using ClarkBarnella while on vacation for the past 4 years. For the past 3 years their services (pool cleaning and chemical balance) has been acceptable, but nothing exceptional. This year we were on vacation for mid July through the first week of August. On August 8, 2010 I went in to the TJ Maax store in Fort Gratiot MI. I purchased items over $50.00. One item I purchased was the Artisan Coffee which had a sticker on it for 1.69. AT&T continues to defraud by making promises they do not keep and billing me for services I have not ordered. Time and again AT&T has promised changes in my U-verse and phone services that they do not do. The last two months they have charged me for services I did not order. Signed up for a "trial" that was supposed to cost about $2.50 because a charge of $99.96 for each item was supposed to be returned by rebate. Within a week I tried to cancel my "trial" and return the products. They said I couldn't because I hadn't signed up for the trial program but the "rebate program" instead. They have very high prices and some rude and impatient people. When you open up a credit account with them and you start making partial payments like $25 per month, they make it overdue, they place your account on hold and make you have to pay them directly for the 2 orders, so by the time you have no supplies and you pay off your balance you cannot do another order using credit. I am getting tired of them, they monitor your phone calls without your permission. They give me the run around with finding products.
