This company is a SCAM! The technician that came to our house was named "Naz". Well, they will charge you $50 to come out and tell you that if you decide to have them fix your t.v., they will apply the $50 toward the bill. The problem is that once you call them to do the work, they never call back! I guess if they keep charging $50 for estimates, they make their money that way. Magic Jack

This company is a joke! I was just in a chat session for 30 minutes with NO resolution what so ever! I was trying to order the magic jack and it kept saying my cc was declined. Well, I checked my bank account and there are four different pending transactions for $2 which PROVED my card is NOT declined through my bank. I could not call Magic Jack b/c there was no c/s number listed so I click on the 24 hour chat. I talk first to one rep. that ends up saying she can't help me so I have to be tranf. to a higher up.
