These guys are terrible, the worst customer service ever, and be prepared, buggies come unassembled and with no instructions at all. We recently bought a dune buggy from them and the buggy came 50% unassembled and with no instructions, no manuals, no nothing. Purchased a 2009 Yukon Denali in February 2009. Took the vehicle in for regular oil change and tire rotation. Earlier this year, we found that the left front tire was wearing we had to buy a new tire and had a front end alignment done. Went in yesterday (12/29/2010) for another oil change and tire rotation and have encountered the same problem with the left front tire wearing down to the steel. I purchased a bus ticket from Boston to Springfield for travel on October 8, 2010. The purchase was a reserved seat on the 5:15 pm bus, and the ticket says in plain English it is only good for the 5:15 pm departure on 10/8/2010. PDQ has warning posted to lower antenna & turn off radio. I turned car off which turns off radio and lowers antenna. I also accidently took my keys inside with me to pay the bill.
