I leased a Mini cooper from Main Line MINI AKA BMW financial Services Lease, At the end of my lease BMW hired a Company to inspect my car (AUTIVin). My car is in perfect condition and he (John Wilson) could not find a problem so he reported hood dings from road dirt which are unavoidable all cars leased or not cannot avoid them. The product does not work as I found out after using it for 30 days, so I tried to get in contact with the company with no luck. I was reading the complaints of other people and one person said you can get your money back if you called the company that does the billing. The company name is www.2checkout.com and their phone number is 877-294-0273. They can get the company to send you an RA# and after you send back the chip with delivery conformation per their instructions, wait for about 5 days and call them back with your delivery conformation number. We were involved in a rear end accident that was not our fault and called to have the car removed from our policy as it was no longer a usable vehicle. The first call they asked us to fax a removal form. They said they never recieved it and continued to bill us for the car. So, we faxed it again. When we called to ask why the car was not removed they told us our request was "denied." WTF? How can you deny a request to cancel service? In Oct. 2009 I took a lump sum out of my retirement fund to pay cash for a 2007 Malibu. I don't make a lot of money because i was laid off from my job and I found another job at walmart and I couldn't afford a car note. Started a year ago when we brought my wife's 2005 Honda Civic in for maintenance and asked the dealer to also check for why her car pulled to one side.
