i recently purchased a revo 3.3 rc car from traxxas from the usa for $1000, now on the box its says it is a seven time national champion, the worlds most advanced nitro monster truck, so it is built for racing on dirt i gatherd. Outsurnace does not get back to you if they have two clients claiming against each other. Even escalating to the manager of Claims and heir internal legal department get you no where. They will represent the counterparty against each other and renaig on paying the claims. Trying to phone them back is worthless as you can not speak to the manager (even after he promised to phone back) but never does. Purchased a disability policy from this company. I had an elbow injury about 3 months after I purchased the policy. I had the surgery and put in the claim. It took this company 6 weeks to get back with me to tell me they have denied my claim. We had a RAV4 2002 Model, and early this year, problem presented itself as a transmission issue with hard shift into reverse; starting off in 2d or 3d gear. My specific problem was a passenger door lock scam that was neatly played by the boss/manager of the day. The girl who had checked my car out three weeks before just sat there and I believe is fully in on this scam. Ongoing transmission problem which was swept under rug for many years and it has cost thousands of owners to replace transmissions at own cost. Saturn/GM notified customers of problem conveniently after the 5 yr. ownership expiration, while still under the 75, 000 mile window.
