August 10th water pump goeas out on my work truck, head to Auto Zone for NEW part (not rebuilt). Installed part and drove 22 miles . . . wnew pump starts to leak. Back to Auto Zone I go. Manager gives me a warranty replacement NEW pump. Ins...talled and drove around the block a few times - "OK" until the next day. I purchased a used vehicle from Big Daddy's Auto lot on Garland road in Dallas. I purchased a 1999 s80 Volvo on 10/16/2010 about 5 pm in the evening. The price was for $6995.00 plus 24% interest. I bought my 05 evo ssl from Quality Mitsubishi in littelton about 2 mounths ago. 2 weeks after i bought it i noticed a loud noise coming from the rear of the car when on a rougher road i pulled over opened the trunk there was nothing there then i crawled under the back of it and noticed that my black car had a red bumper that had bin painted to match the car at one time in its life and the bumper support is hanging from bailing wire just as loose as can be and looking closer i see that the unibody has bin crushed about 5 inches on both side... read full review »

2005 Subaru Outback Wagon 3.0R, Model outBH6, with 59, 000 miles. Had a catastrophic rupture of the transmission fluid cooling loop inside the radiator. Car came to halt, radiator destroyed. Radiator and cooling loop have been replaced. Question we have relates to the transmission itself. I had to replace the drivers side power window regulator 3 times since I purchased my 2004 Ford F-150 truck new(this recent problem cost to me was $525.00). This truck only has 22, 685 miles on it and it is garaged when I am not useing it. These guys are completely in bed with the warranty service they provide. I was sold a warranty for the life of my load. They guaranteed me anything that touches oil will get repaired. Of course when I actually have an issue and bring it in they tell me that wasnt the deal. They worked hard at preventing me from making a claim and continued to work hard with their mechanics to tell me that the repair would mean a whole new engine. Just like many things in the city of Detroit, Eureka Auto Glass optimizes the classic rip off business and provides zero customer support. This place has damaged dozens of cars, including mine! A simple window replacement turned into a complete fiasco involving a filthy shop, disgusting workers who dirtied up the car, and a crew of people who have absolutely no idea how to install auto glass. My dad purchused a Cardone Master Brake Cylinder for his 1993 chevy truck and this was 4yrs ago. Come to find out today that the one AAP sold him was not the right one for the truck. It fit and worked but failed because our truck has booster power brakes and the cylinder that they sold us was for non booster power brakes. The Blue Beacon Truck Wash in Lodi, Ohio damaged a truck. We had to press them with repeated phone calls to look into it. When they did, the damage was blamed on a fictitious "paint bonding problem" since they thought it was a new truck. Car was taken in for repair to rusting rail dust embedded in paint, which was covered by the added paint protection plan. Taylor automotive body shop was to repair all panel effected, and when car was recieved it appeared to be in the same condition as was when brought to Taylor automotive originally. I dropped it off on a Thursday evening and on Tuesday I received a call stating it would cost $2400 to replace the compressor and a hose. the rubber air dam on the front of these trucks is held in place by 5 bolts that attach the air dam to the steel bumper. it also has several ribber clips that snap into holes in the bumper. my truck at around 35, 000 miles has this air dam come loose and start falling down. i got under the truck and notice that two of the 5 original attachment bolts were never installed during assembly. finally the middle sprig clip that attaches the air dam to the attachment bolt failed and the sir dam fell completely down only held by the two end bolts. it... read full review »

I just bought a car from the Mounds View Motor Co (used to be Saturn of Mounds View) and after only 8 days I already have to fix $750 worth of stuff. They do an inspection on all of the vehicles and they have to meet safety standards. Well my mechanic says that all of the tires are very worn and showing their wear bars and need to be replaced before winter (so anytime now seeing how snow is in the forecast) and one of the tires is "cupped". Wells Fargo has charged me $1357 for auto insurance. I have auto insurance with State Farm, and Wells Fargo has this information.They did not request another copy of my insurance. Of course they had nothing at that price. Spent 1.5 hr.s going back and forth with the salesman and the sales manager. Finally I said good by and left.
