My 2007 Honda civic Hybrid's (whose advertised MPG is 50) Miles per gallon has fallen from 46 mpg to 36 mpg after the first 2 years. I am enrolled in Honda care warranty contract # V003022051, but they are refusing to cover the cost of diagnosing the problem. I did a car history check for the car that I bought on www.MYCARCHECK.com they gave me all clear with no negative history. Later it turned to be written off. As per MYCARCHECK service you are covered for loses that you incure if the information given was incorrect, I applied for claim, it was completely declined for me not signing off the reciept on there format instead of a plain paper. On October 24th I stopped and filled up my vehical with gas at location #201996 in Saraland AL. My receipt was $32.00. Today I just happened to check my account online and found they had debeted my account twice for $58. and $90. bucks! For $32 dollars worth of gas! The product this operation is marketing is excellent, however they have created a smoke in mirrors concept to job descriptions and territory. The bottom line is that you do not need to pay $2700 to be a Div Mgr or $400 to be an agent, not even remotely close. They have bascially created an illusion with these fees. Toyota Sienna LE 2006 with 72000miles automatic broke down on the highway --- refusing to go beyond 35miles an hour and check engine light came on. The Toyota dealer claimed that the transmission had to be replaced at a cost of about 5500 + and diagnosed only transmission problem. I agreed to purchase a vehicle from this place after they agreed to fix the rear a/c, the rear brakes, and several other things. Instead of ordering a lugnut key, they broke off the locked lugnuts to do brake job. I know this because the owner told me they did. In doing so they broke one of the $400 wheels. They said they have no idea what I am talking about. They also did not fix the a/c. Their so called master mechanic only rigged it to work until 2 hours after I drove off the lot. I bought a "01" 2500HD Silverado to replace the 1990 half ton Jimmy I used to pull my camper because we planned to upgrade to a fifth wheel.
