Toyota of Pacific Beach is terrible when it comes to sales and finance! I bought a brand new scion tc from this location. The salesman who was helping me out knew absoutely nothing about the car, and didnt even know how to open the sunroof, yet he was getting commission on it. Once I bought the car, he forgot to fill the car up with gas and also sticker the documents to the inside of the window. He compained that he was tired, because it was after 10pm at night. Toyota Scion of Escondido is the worst when it comes to customer service. They definitely work you around their schedule, instead of putting customers first. Most of the managers for the service department are extremely rude! They may quote you once price, however be aware that price is never set in stone! I went to this repair garage to repair my volkswagan polo car lock we agreed a quote £30-40 max and we agreed that he would phone me if the price was different after open the car door. he didn't call me instead repaired the lock system with a 'new' so he says! handle which doesn't even match the car colour. He then gave me a £97 bill i said it was too much but he wouldn't give me my car keys until i paid and also i tried talking to him until he became verbally abusive. i paid him and got my car back. my car locks are not repaired the job is incomplete. read full review »

Walton Motors (Charlie) sold us a Renault Picasso in march 09. He said it was in excellent condition and would come with a 12 warranty. When the car arrived we found the back shelf was missing and the rear wiper blade non-exsistant (Odd as they just gave it a new MOT). To top it all the papers for the warranty were also missing and he assured us it they would be in the post. After several phone calls and left messages, we still have no warranty. read full review »

Ordered and paid for on the internet. Received an invoice confirming payment with their address and phone number. Waited for 10 days with nothing being delivered and then tried phoning and emailing. Have not had a reply to any of the email (approx 8 sent) and the phone is reported as "Temporarily out of order". I have searched the internet and found out that Bikerstuff is also associated with Bikers-shop and Bikersweb (Bikersweb is the party that took my money acording to my credit card details). Car failed emissions test on MOT and was taken to this garage for repair, as claimed to be engine diagnostic specialist. After holding on to my car for a week and a half (too late for free MOT re-test) charged me £146.20 for a new lambda sensor, labour to re-wire car and £15 for a fuel additive. Took car to be re-tested and still failed on same emission problem! In this apartment complex I pay alot of rent and my tires from my car were stolen, this is the seventh car this month that has happened Im really concerned and scared. I feel like no one listens to me the gate from our community is not working and anyone at any time can go in with out any security. Im a single mother and im really scared this can happen again in this apartment complex. On a trip my van began to over heat. Since my family was on an out of town trip I stopped at the first garage we found open. Which happen to be a BP Procare Automotive Service Center. The mechanic looked my car over and told me that it would cost $509.33 to fix. He stated that I needed a new radiator and thermostat. I had given my swift for repairs on the 19/10/2009, which was to be serviced within 4days. After 4 days the staff at ARYA CARS kept telling me about staff problems at there end & they would deliver the car at 12noon . I have been insuring my vehicle with you for about 3 years. My bank did not pay you for a recent direct debit. This was simply due to the fact that the bank took 5 days to clear cheques which I had lodged into my account. They then charged me £25 for non payment of the direct debit, and now I see that you are now charging another £30 for the same payment. I must say I find this to be grossly unfair. He is the only Korean Sales Rep, in a large Korean community. This is why I went to him, due to my lack of english.
