Amazing lack of service and follow up. Called on a web listed car, told they would call me back. Never heard from them, 24 hours later, I called and they said it was sold. 24 hours later received an email from the initial contact, asking if I was interested. Total and complete disregard for the contract to sub-lease vehicles (as well as boats and air craft) so that the payments could be made by a new, short term user. It is obvious that this company was set up with the intention of steeling cars directly (and willingly!) from the current (and still financially responsible) owner. No communication via phone (several numbers, all changed over the last weeks), email, fax or paper mail. They also new that with a contract, the police would not look for them! My convertible was taken in for a 2 hour windshield replacement and three hours later I was called with a "problem". They had lowered the roof (I had not been notified that this would be necessary) and it was stuck half way open. I brought my car to Tire Kingdom on several occasions, every time i went there it was another big catastrophe. Fist I needed all new tires, second time my belts were ready to snap, third time my shocks were bad. I have purchased an 2003 Audi A4 via ez salvage on march 8th.The car was delivered in about 10 days. It was advertised as " normal wear", runs & drives. Our car loan was sold from Santa Barbara Bank and Trust to CSC logic and we have been unable to make contact with them to find out our remaining balance. I have a 2008 V6 Pony Mustang with an acceleration problem. The motor misfires under hard acceleration and Ford knows that the fuel pump does not pump enough fuel to keep up with the engines need. I have talked with my mechanic and several other owners with the same problem. I took my car in for a warranty check long ago and Ford said they couldn't see any problem. I did a car wash at esso gas station, 1799 liver pool Rd. Pickering Ontario on Satureday evening around 4 pm. I noticed the next day that my car was not washed properly. when I approched the manager (Vijay)at the gas station to check the car out to see the missed spots, he was extremly rude and unprofesional. i recently went to sts in sittingbourne on the 29/5/2010 to have a motorcycycle tyre replaced. However on looking out of the office in to the garage to my horror they had jacked my motorcycle up using a car jack in to the air. on later inspection after using my motorcycle a loud noise started to appear, on further inspection i found my 6 month old down pipe to be broken in the place they had jack my bike up on (rather than the intended jacking plate) so not only did i pay £60 for a new tyre i now have to pay another £200 for another downpipe. They financed it for her and when she got it home she found that all the nice new pictures and mirrors were hiding wall rot and under the carpet was riddled with sheetmetal plates screwed over floor rot.
