On October 23, 2009 Richard Bautista owner of Ten Ton Forklift and Truck Repair picked up my 2000 Ford F-350 truck to diagnose a problem with the transfer case that Bautista had replaced two years prior. Hello, On Monday November 9, 2009, I took my 2008 Scion in for an Oil change, Rotation of Tires, and to Fix Fenderliner (as it was rubbing tire). I was there for 2 hours. They said they completed oil change and fixed fenderliner, but did not feel it necessary to rotate the tires. Estuary Van Hire took £100 deposit for a one day hire. When i took the van back they said that they did not have my deposit ready to repay me, but hey would drop it round to me. I ordered A 2009 Venza with custom options. After waiting 2 months, I was informed that the combination of options that I ordered were not available. However, they did have another car with different options. Nice game. They got the order knowing that it could not be fulfilled and then attemped the switch. Nice try. I Financed a Vehicle from Mr.Repo under the impression that it was a reliable Vehicle (just like many other consumers would.) and after a week the Vehicle starting acting up. 3 month ago, I delivered my car (toyota Yaris) to Toyota service center (Abo Rawash) because I had an accident. The car stayed for one and half month to be maintained. On arrival in Cancun, Adventure Car Rental didn't have the automatic transmission I had reserved 6 weeks before. I was promised I would be charged a lower rate for the manual car. On getting my AMEX bill I noticed it was not applied. In fact my final bill through AMEX was HIGER than the contracted rate. And they slipped in 2 minor extra charges. The car I rented last weekend (Oct 30, 2009) from Europcar at Cork Airport Ireland, had 2 bald front tyres and the rear tyres were'nt great either. They deny this saying that they were 'low but road legal'...whatever that means. They did however agree to change the tyres but only 'approved their swapping out so as you would feel more confident with the tyres.
