Damage occured to my vehicle when I went through the car wash on 11/8. The owner, Greg Byler, stated on 11/16 that he would not pay for the damages to my vehicle because it is a "known problem" with Ford Explorer's trim coming off. I bought an X-treme electric scooter ATV-1000 for my wife last Christmas (2008). I worked OK after the first 3 trys in January. There was a problem with the controller emitting a loud high-pitched whine, so I bought another controller that was suppossed to have this fixed from the factory. Topline Power Sports was the worst company that i ever had to deal with when buying a product. Long story short, i spent about 3k on a go kart and after many calls and emials from me to the only sales rep (Doug) they never sent me the gokart that i bought. I placed an order exactly two months ago and I was charged two days after placing the order. It has been exactly two months and I have not received a tracking number for the items I ordered. I have called multiple times and emailed this business and I have been continually promised "they'll be in this Friday" or "we expect them in next week." Despite hearing not-so-great things about them in the past, I'd go there frequently simply because the hours are convenient. I took my car there for an oil change and State Inspection. After paying $799.98 to have brakes, timing belt, LOF and cooling system serviced, I attempted to drive my car home when I noticed the clutch started slipping badly when I went into 3rd gear. I returned and the tech who did the work said there was a problem with the clutch. Just wanted to say I will no longer be doing service with scootertronics. I have ordered from them in the past and was happy with their services. Today I called their 1800 number because I wanted to get specifics on a part before I ordered from their website. They replaced other items in the car without calling me for my authorization, the final price was $174.00 MORE than what I was told and had authorized.
