I had major issues with Wayne's Service Center. I took my vehicle there for a transmission issue and 3 weeks later was told the issue was fixed. I paid and took the car home but the problem was not fixed. Multiple phone calls, two months and four trips back to the shop later and still nothing is fixed and they could not care less. I purchased a warranty from this company a few years back. The salepeople tell you one thing about the warranty to get youto purchase it. However, they DO NOT go into detail on what the warranty actually covers. I have used this warranty on numerous occassions, and each time the company comes up with a reason of why the part/service is not covered completely or not at all. I am tired of every time I walk into this store (312) on highway 258 in Jacksonville, N.C. . They are so moody I remember going there every day about a year ago and I loved it . Over three months after the vehicle accident, the repairs I discovered today are below standard. First For Woman (FFW) nominated Royal Panel Beaters (RPB) as an accredited auto body repair shop, but the shoddy workmanship can not be accepted. I purchased a GPS on 9 October 09. I was told by the person at the Service Department that I could return it as long as I have the receipt. The GPS does not work properly. I went to Customer Service twice to try to return it and they tell me they have a deal with NDrive (the manufacturer company). They do not accept returns but will exchange it only within 30 days. I was terminated from Apollo Motor Homes LLC on September 3rd 2009. I was told upon my termination that I would receive 2 weeks pay on top of my current owed wages + my bonus check for selling additional products that was already 3 months over due. Stay away from Saturn - can't imagine what will happen once they all close down. I've just filed a complaint with the BBB in New Jersey over Saturn Customer Service. Last Friday my 2008 vue was smoking from the engine. I had to have it towed about 16 milesknover a 1/2 hour away. I have a 2001 Mazda MPV - it has been working great - just needed the oil changes and regularly scheduled maintenance. I rented a car from Fox Autorent and I was scammed into repairs I didn't cause. I've rented vehicles before and never had any problems. Here I looked over the vehicle the best I could for any damages and pointing the ones out I saw. Unfortunately the 2005 Dodge Neon which I still own is something I regreat most in my life. Requested an exchange for a new scooter. The company kept sending replacement parts/and or the wrong parts instead. They refuse to cover the cost to ship the scooter back to them for a replacement. My fiance purchased a brand new 2006 Ford Explorer and has had all scheduled maintenance performed on time, oil changes etc. For the past 6 months she is SCARED TO DEATH to drive her truck anywhere. The tech who is probably still in high school working for minimum wage tried to replace my perfectly good drain plug with a new one that was not the right size for my car. The tech stripped the threads to my oil pan. The manager said that the problem was caused by normal wear and tear and that my car was 10 years old.
