Two times running, I have been charged by Europecar for a tank of fuel, when both times the car was returned with a full tank, and the clerk at check-in noted it. I trusted them enough to send my car in for maintenance every 5, 000 miles as stated in their advertisement. This time I went in for 30, 000 mile scheduled maintenance. Since that maintenance visit, I have become more and more sure that my car is not the same one I sent into their garage. I believe that both front car seats were replaced. NES has called me everyday for the last two months. I fell on hard times and told them I would send them one hundred dollars in about two weeks. The women on the phone said that was unacceptable; that they needed a payment right now and onr hundred dollars was not enough. I told her that was all I would have. Again, she started on the, "we will do this if you don't pay us. Whats your bank account number? Do you have a credit card?" Think twice about ordering a car from this company!! They accepted a $5, 000 deposit on a new 2010 Ford Taurus from us in early July 2009 and now it is early October and still no car! We were told "we can't control delivery times" after they promised the car in 6-8 weeks at the time the deposit was made. We want our deposit back and we were flatly refused it by the general manager. They also did not even order the car until twelve days after we made the deposit and have been unwilling to explain why. I've been a customer of Super Shuttle since Sept after using them when my mother visited where I began to first experience their seeming lack of professionalism. I have been using Progressive insurance for my vehicle for a few years now. Been paying less than 140.00 every six months. But now that I have moved to Oklahoma my insurance premium has gone up to 353.00 every 6 months. I am insured with Progressive until Nov 5th of this year. This limousine company was disastrous. First, I initially ordered a higher-end limousine which they gave to another client and did not adjust the price when they gave me a lower class limo. Second, the driver showed up 45 minutes to pick me up and when I contacted the company on my way to the hotel, they informed the driver not to take me to my destination unless I paid in cash. They already charged my cc. They returned me home and never refunded the money for the service even though they did not take me further than 5 minutes away from my house. I have been with TD Insurance for at least 16 years that they have on the log. I know it's more like 19 years. On a Friday I get a phone call after hours from man that states call the company we are not renewing your insurance. I call and am told I have minor infractions with my car and that they have no long term committment with loyalty. Just that they are not renewing me and without much warning. Customer service is going down the tubes these days. Everything is on auto dial 1 or 2 or 6. No humans runs phones anymore. I highly recommend you do not do insurance with TD. read full review »
