I purhased a 1998 Volvo S70 from this dealership. After recieving the title I came to findout this car hada salvage title. When I purchased the vehicle I asked the dealer if the vehicle had a clear title and was told it did. I contacted the dealer and told him[Steve Mcneilly] about the title and was told none of the cars they sell have rebuilt titles. Fiberglass Skirt on drivers side is one half inch to short, it does not match up with fender. I called AITRacing and they told me since I was the only one complaining about it there is not a problem.They also told me I must have sanded off a half of inch during the prep. My husband got a quote from Tuffy for some AC repairs. We elected not to have the work done with Tuffy, but they opened a credit card in our name for the total of what we had been quoted for the work. There are thousands of us online complaining about these companies doing the auto warranty scam but not enough of us are fighting back dirty(but still legally). A couple ex-employees have given up limited information but none have stepped up and contacted the FTC to help bust this case and shut them down. I financed a 1997 Geo Metro vehicle with Household Auto Finance. I made all the payments, with the exception of the last 3 or 4 payments, to Household. I called Detroit II Auto Sales in Garden City about the problem, and told me to call the credit company-Credit Acceptance Corporation. I recently bought a car on ebay that was listed as perfect condition, like new. After the seller prolonged the dropping off of the car at a DAS terminal, I finally received the car just a few days later. Have had very poor service from Fitzsimmons. Have been cut-off by their drivers several times; had my car towed by them at the request of a snow removal company, when asked why they charged so much to return my car, I was refused a price breakdown; front-end of friend's car was damaged by Fitzsimmons when he had them to it to a garage for him. I bought an electric supercharger from this website. When I received it, it was vastly different from the product described, and photos shown on the website. I did not receive a performance chip or boost controller, which should have been included. I have made numerous attempts (in excess of ten) to contact the company, but to no avail. I just wanted to point out how Aramark ran a perfectly good gas station and RV park into the ground. The Chevron in Healy is the only place for public showers and laundry within fifty miles. Aramark never fixed anything, price gouged local patrons, and promptly ran off any and all busniess they could to post a loss to get out of a contract. I just purchased a used car from Goldstar 30 days ago. Well, let's just say the past 30 days has been a living hell. I took the car back 4 times to be repaired in less than 2 weeks. This company warns of an "optional" sand fee if you return the car with "too much" sand. In reality, they charge most of their customers the fee anyway, even if you vacuumed the car before returning it.
