Received letter from GMAC on June 11, 2009 that stated they could reduce one or two of my payments on my lease. I have had to return the shop with the same problem multiple times. Everytime they are extremely rude and treat you very poorly if you dont just pay them to do the repairs they order. Asking questions will only make them more angry and hostile. They told me I had a specific problem with my car that would cost me over $1000. Installer cut into the hood of my new 2009 Cadillac CTS-V during the installation on the Venture Shield paint protections product. Installer also damaged hood trim and reinstalled the trim using 2-sided tape rather than replace the part. Product was poorly installed leaving dirt smudges and streaks under the shield. Installer received new product replacement from Venture Tape for the hood. I am writing with a complaint about charges for auto repair at FireStone Complete Auto Care. My car was diagnosed with needing a fuel pump assembly and a fuel filter. I was initially quoted: $513 for parts and labor for Fuel Pump I was then told by Charlene a service ad-visor that it was required they (FireStone) also replace the fuel filter which was $187.71 Parts and labor for Fuel Filter alone. I have a big beef with this dealership. (Toyota as well) This dealership has been doing my scheduled maintenance for 2 years. After having someone back into our car, we opted to take our 2008 Acura TL to Stirling Pontiac Buick GMC for minor repairs to the front bumper. The job scope included painting the bumper. I went in to get a regular oil change in the summer of 2008. I had thought, at the time, that there was a possible oil leak, and asked if they could just take a look for me. BIG MISTAKE!! Horrific service experience on 7/3/09 to Roto Lincoln Mercury: Bottom Line: They charged me $300 for an entire day of work where they did "diagnostics, " fixed nothing, and sent me on my way in a car that wasn't safe to drive.
