I purchased a new car that came with Goodyear tires. After only 27, 000 miles a bubble formed on the side of the tire and it has to be replaced. Then, within two months and less than 2000 miles another bubble formed. When I went into the store they said it was my fault and I needed to pay for another tire. I called their customer service line and got the same BS. This experience has solidified my resolve that I will NEVER purchase another GOODYEAR product again. My 2004 Staurn Vue that has 54600 miles on it and the automatic transmission is slipping when when I drive at a constant speed in a reange form 35 - 55 miles per hr. I had in for a diagnosis at a Saturn dealership. They said it is the torque converter that is faulty and it will cost $2100 to replace it. This part has to be defected. I never had an automatic transmission problem in 40 years of driving cars. Sandia shuttle did not inform me where I was supposed to wait for my return shuttle in the Albuquerque airport (en route to Santa Fe). I waited outside where the shuttle buses come arrive outside, near luggage claim. A few minutes before the bus was scheduled to arrive, I asked another shuttle driver where Sandia shuttle left from. My vehicle was mis-diagnosed for having a bad solenoid. I was charged $409 to replace a part that was not bad. I had the part tested at Arnott Ind and I even talk to the machanic at Palm Bay Ford that stated that there was a leak around the part, but he did not know if it was bad. He was advised to change the part out by John Davis. I had the same problem with my vehicle after it was serviced. It was initially diagnosed needing a valve, strut and compressor at over $1, 400. Hello, I bought this scooter from you (Scooter Nitro) because you offered a 36 month warranty. You went out of bussiness and never really helped me with any of my problems. How a piece of garbage like this roketa mc-54 250b scooter was ever allowed in the U.S.A. is beyond me. I have 672 miles on this scooter and have spent at least 100 hours working on it. I had paid for the window etching on my vehicle 4 years ago. In August of 2009 my vehicle was stolen. The police do not know what method was used to steal the car. The Police report even indicates this information. APCO felt they could make thier own conclusion of how the vehicle was stolen even though the vehicle has not even been recovered yet. ripped off for the third time. they do unauthorized service. recently was supposed to have belts replaced and they decided to only replace one. not asking what i wanted but decicding for me. i'm self employed so time is money had coupon for 20% off for labor on said job. dave appleby decided it would save me money if they only replaced one belt instead of both. they had the truck apart, so for 40$ on the second belt, as the estimate was 360$ for both. was charged 322 for the job half done and not saving me a dime. have to go back for... read full review »

It used five (5) quarts+ of 20/50 oil in the first 3, 000 miles of use. When I complained to the home office I was told that it was in fact a "junk yard" engine and they made a lot of money on them. I went in for brake inspection for my 1994 Plymouth Voyager in Canadian Tire Auto service center at 1019, Sheppard Ave. E in Willowdale, Ontario and was charged @22.59. After an hour wait the auto service adviser told me it will cost $955.25 to repair the breaks and he said I had to replace the front brake calipers, rotors, shoes and rear brake pads and turn the drums, flush the system.
