I usually fill up at Shell, but last Friday filled up at the Circle K because it had a cheaper premium gas price. I actually did not notice it was a Circle K, but instead saw the 76 sign, and thought it was safe. The next morning, started the car and it threw up the Check engine light. Engine felt bogged down, timing retarded, rough idling and almost stalling. I reset the CEL and this morning I added half a tank of premium gas from a Shell station and car immediately felt like it had more power, stronger idle. radiator repair; over ten days to diagnose problems, repair and replace. They claimed the problem(s) was caused by a problem in the engine. They dismantled the engine and held my car hostage for 28 days. I lost faith in their ability to repair my 2007 Honda Accord. I RESCUED my car and some of the parts after 30 days of lying, and poor management. The engine and bolts where in the trunk but the alternator and bolts where allegedly "missing." Quite possibly the worst service department I have ever visited. Here's my story: I recently bought a new 2011 Mini Copper for my daughter. After a month, the plastic cover on the sun visor broke off. I setup appt at South Motors to replace, and after dropping off car, waited 2 hours to be told the part needed to be ordered. Replaced a previous Acura TL with a new 2010 Acura TL super handling all-wheel drive October last year. Had quality and interior rattles and squeaks from day one. My Son told the Dealership (Davis-Moore Mazda)to do an Oil Change on his Car back in October when it was in there for something else and thought that it was done since he told them to do it. Took car in for a regular oil change. When my car was ready the tech came in and informed the shop that my prop rod was missing under the hood. I was shocked and replied that it was impossible. I asked the shop to order me a new one and they would install it for me.
