I was trying to get my wife's car moved from Arizona to North Carolina. I found Blue Knight online and decided to go through them. That was the worst mistake I could have ever made. Scam, I was ripped off twice!! Can you believe it that a car rental place in Beverly Hills would charge your credit card on 2 different times after I rented a car from them for the same rental?? Here's the truth. U.S. Fidelis has been working to make sure that their company is doing everything legal. They have definitely made changes for the better. This company is a joke. Try to pay our loan on line, won't even let us access the web site. They can call anytime of day, but they are only open from 8:00 to 5:00, try to call them after 4:00 and you can never get a hold of them to do a payment or answer any questions. Do you want our money or not? Also, every loan company has a 10 day grace period, when they people call they are rude, rude, rude, rude. Wish I never got a loan with them. I don't know what to do. I have been trying and trying for some time to make my car payment. The loan originated under Centrix Financial, later was sold to Flatiron out of Colorado. All contact information I have for them has resulted in a dead end. Everything I have found on the internet for a phone number either ALWAYS rings a busy signal or goes to the same number that says they have nothing to do with car payments. I recently purchased a 5 year extended warranty contract. Harley makes it clear that the contract must be purchased before the 2 year factory expires. What is not explained is that when the extended is purchased at the end of the 2 year factory coverage it rolls back to the original day of purchase. So in purchasing a 5 years contract, at the end of the 2 year coverage. The new contract rolls back 2 years so the customer is only receiving 3 years of coverage at the cost of a 5 year contract. I had an appointment to get my car worked on for June 20, 2009 at 2:30pm they didn't get to my car until the 22th, they left my car unlocked and during that time they told me someone broke into my car and took the radio and other things. they said there was nothing they could do about it. the inside was damage but no damage done to the doors and no glass broken. I went in to Quick N Clean car wash in Carrollton, Texas to have my car cleaned. The Site Manager told me to leave the keys and wait in the lobby. I watched my car go down the track through the glass window in the lobby. They sent a car in right behind mine with no one there to move my car. Please read this before dealing with WORLD MOTORS. I recently purchased a car from World Motors in Scottsdale. It was sold with a full warranty as covered by the manufacturer. Within three weeks of purchasing the car, the engine was knocking and the check engine light came on. I figured it was no big deal because if anything went wrong, it would be covered under warranty.
