While sigining up for AAA Auto insurance, I was not told of any cancellation policy and penalties. Later due to an 30% increase in premium owing to my residential move within 8 miles, I canceled the policy. The refund of premium did not include a statement, but only a refund cheque. We were sold a 2005 Dodge Durango and was told by the salesmen that it was 4 wheel drive and it has passed a 144 point inspection test that all there cars under go before they can sell them. It however is 2 wheel drive and the tires are shot with no spare tire under the truck. We were tricked into paying for something we did not get and they sold us an unsafe truck with the bad tires with no spare. Comparable to the other complaints, Freefuelcenter.com sent the first three gift cards, then said my receipts were wrong. As an accounting auditor, they were submitted correctly. In March, 2009 was the first indication that they were up to something. Have not received anything since February submittals. They probably scammed each gas company for the gift cards, then sold them on the side to others, and then give the consumer some excuse for not processing. Send them to jail for their actions. I purchased a car from Carsource USA and was promised (even given an "IOU" in writing) the boot cover for the car. This item was shown on the car in all of the pictures, but was 'missing' when I went to pick up the car. Thinking that they were good on their word... I took the car and drove off their lot. The CD player did not work, there was something wrong with the steering, no jack or wheelspanner were in the car, the backlight did not work and the car sometimes did not start. On 18th July'09, the Karachites experience 1st monsoon rain. Because of the poor city infrastructure, the water standing in the road is the norm. My Honda Civic (under warranty - done only 35k km) was parked and surprisingly there was a water inside the car. My car is serviced only at official Honda Service Centres. Honda Pakistan is not taking any responsibility of the fault in there car. I drove Toyota Corrolla and Suzuki Kyhber earlier and never faced any bad experience during heavy rains. I had an auto loan with Peak 5 a division of FlatIron Financial Services and when I called the Co. the voicemail indicated they were no longer in business. I have an A6 with only 40k Miles on it with multiple problems. it is a 2003 so it is out of warranty. I spent $1200 at the Audi service shop with a result of them saying they don't know why it misfires. Now the immobilization control unit (some anti theft deal from Audi) has locked the car up and it will not start. They will not give me the codes unless I have it towed to an Audi dealer. I do not live near a dealer so the cost including towing of getting my own car started by a dealer is approximately $2000. I bought a vehicle that obviously had a bad transmission that was covered up during the test drive by telling me where to go on the test drive and overfilling the transmission fluid so that it would not be noticed on the test drive. Dealer did not disclose all exsisting problems with the vehicle prior to selling it.
