I bought my jeep in Dec 2007, and it was about 2 weeks later i was making my payment on time but TEXAS AUTO BROKERS was turning off my car. I had to call every 2 weeks with a confirmation code to get it back on. Then they transfered me to MID ATLANTIC FIANCE which i was excited because of all the problems. This was even worse!! AutoLogix promised me a new motor for my purchase. What I received was very used, damaged, and the wrong motor for my truck. They promised pictures and I never received any. They promised to call back with updates and they never did. I'm trying with little luck to get these guys to return my money and let me go elsewhere. After reading a few stories about American Heritage Insurance Services' dealing with other drivers, I just had to write. As luck would have it, I was involved in an accident on 1/27/09 in Denver CO. Don't buy a car at Keith Pierson Toyota in Orange Park; they don't care about the customer! I was not satisfied with the Toyota Camery I purchased there and tried to return it the next day and they would not take it back. The "limited life time" warranty is a scam!!! They will end up over charging you by adding this $3000.00 warranty into your car price. .. the salesman line is “all cars at this dealership are sold with it”. Our Subaru Legacy had an AC problem. We brought it in for a repair initially, I think about an year ago. (We do not drive that car that much, only a several times a year.) I made a reservation to pick up a rental car in Lubbock, Tx and return it at Midland, Tx. My rate was to be $63.00 per day. When I turned in the vehicle at 7:30 am on Saturday there was no one at their counter or any other rental counter. I left the information required and proceeded to catch my flight. This business apparently works in conjunction with auto and truck accessory warehouse businesses throughout the country to distribute the products they list on their website. Purchased car new in 2001 in Illinois. on 8/9/04, the transmission failed and was replaced with only 10, 723 miles. On 12/29/06 took car in (with 27, 302 miles) and complained of transmission issues. Told cars transmission within specs. Again took car in on 7/7/07 (32, 625 miles) with transmission issue and again told car was operating within specs. Transmission issues continued. On April 19, 2009 with ~45, 000 miles the transmission failed and car had to be towed. Was told the car needs a third transmission and I am responsible for the cost. read full review »

After seeing ads on TV for AARP auto inssurance through Hartford and the claims of lower fees, I contacted hartford for an estimate. My current rate at State Farm is $500.00 per year. AffordableTowing and Recovery Of Norfolk Inc. towed my vehicle from a business where the signs conflicted. Affordable towing and the business (456 Fish) have both admitted the space is used for court overflow during the day. I was parked in this location after the business told me it was OK to park there. The signs indicate towing between 6PM and 2AM. I parked there at 9AM and was there to be a witness for federal court. I called NTB on Sunday morning, to make an appointment for an alignment, tire, rotation, oil change, and replacement of turn signal bulb. I brought the car in before 9:30 am, was told it would take a little over an hour. TWO hours later, Dave said the car was done-went to checkout, and guess what? they FORGOT to do the alignment! I asked what took so long-they said replacing the bulb! So- I had to wait more time--another 15 minutes. Never heard of doing an alignment in that time. Purchased vehicle they told me the convertible top did not leak and it would pass Pennsylvania State Inspection. Took it for inspection it failed. It need tie rod ends, wheel cylinder leaking, exhaust leak. Took it back to to 1st class auto sales they sprayed brake cleaner on the wheel cylinder replaced tie rod ends and didn't fix exhaust leak. When questioned about I was told what do you expect for a 1996. They refused to repair top, the brakes still won't pass inspection and I have to have the exhaust leak repaired at my own expense. read full review »

I am just finding out today (Saturday, May 2nd) that the dealership where I purchased a new car last July, has folded with no notice to the customers. Besides having to travel a good hour now for my services, I have been majorly ripped off on two programs which they talked me into paying extra for through my original contract. These guys totally suck. They are #1 in canada and only deal in volume. Stay away from Sherwood Nissan, they suck. Much like City Ford, they don't know what Cust Serv is once they sell you because its all about volume and getting the lower mass buy rate or National discount. You might pay a few hundred less but you may pay for it much more if you encounter any issues. They have screwed up at every turn and fail to return calls/emails etc. They don't' give a shit. Late on the page in small print they do tell the buyer that this is not the brand listed on the headline, but a compatible replacement. On the reciept, they listed the battery as a Yuasa also. I took my 2000 corvette in to have a recall repaired for a steering column lock notice that was displayed on my Drivers Information Center. I had received the recall notice earlier and had to have the car hauled to the Rooster Bush Chevrolet dealership. They kept the car for three weeks waiting on the parts.
