I called them and they explain that they are a broker For several warranty companies and the one that was sold to me they did not do business with anymore. I took my 2007 Toyota 4 runner in for a 20, 000 mile service and tire rotation. When I got it back it was out of alignment. The service manager there was no way they caused the problem that I hit something. I argued that I did not hit anything and my car was fine before I took it into their service department. All County Towing towed my car. The building association suspended the contract with the towing company and specifically told them to avoid our building. I have a notorized letter from the board of directors stating that the tow company had no right to be on the property. All County Towing is out of control. I bought a 1999 Dodge Avenger, it has been back several times for service including the power windows stopped working, they driver rotor was bad, they caused the SRS light to come on, the engine start skipping and not wanting to start, the check engine light was flashing, the sunroof came loose and more. This last time when I went and picked up the vehicle it broke down in less than fifteen minutes from leaving the dealer. When I planed to buy a car, I used autotrade.com but it came out, I only wasted my time. So many dealers put cars not exist or tell you the lower price only for online. Then they tried to sale you crap cars you were not interested. Really a big big waste of time. My car has 30k miles, when I went for the Inspection sticker, I was told my car failed the Inspection, becasue I needed 4 new tires. This is a very shady car dealership! I brought a car that was way overpriced from them. The brakes were bad, all four tires and the battery needed to be replaced, the CD player did not work, and the headlights went out within one week of purchase. I leased a 2000 Beetle from this dealership and they were horrible. They overcharged or at least over quoted on everything. They wanted to charge me for doing work on the recalled oxygen sensor! They forgot to fill up the antifreeze and coolant and the car overheated driving off the lot. They said I could have filled it with water!!! Just a horrible service department. When paying for my carwash, the cashier repeatedly asked me for my credit card PIN number. I explained that a PIN wasn't necessary for a credit card transaction. He seemed annoyed with me, and after shuffeling around papers, etc., he finally completed my payment and returned my card. The following day my bank called me to advise me of attempted unauthorized use of my credit card for amounts over $1500. I immediately canceled my card and instructed them not to accept any charges. Ride Safely sells vehicles by auction on line and claims you are buying directly from the insurance auction. They refuse to disclose the Vehicle Identification Number or who or what you are bidding against or even verify the mileage. They also tell you they cannot get you a damage report so at least you know what you are dealing with. Had my truck listed in the Auto Trader, got a call from these con-artists informing me they had financed buyers for my vehicle, skeptical at first but I was stupid enough to sign up. I didn't receive a single call from the 'BUYERS' or any party for that matter. Now fighting to get my money back. The owners name is Chris and he is from Portugal, he was a partner in this shop and cheated Mr Gehringer out of his share. Chris then started to buy and sell cars wholesale and started to cheat there too by not paying the people he bought the cars from. Furthermore he cheats a buyer by rolling back the odometer and when he sells it he signs the form 'actual mileage unknown' to protect himself. Brought in a ford F-550 truck that had stop running on the interstate I-49. pulling a twenty foot equipment trailer with equipment. We had it towed in. I was charged $109 on my card 5/08 for gas. my car does not hold that much gas, even at the prices of that time. I tried to file a complaint & get the charge revervsed on my card. it did not work. I did buy about $40 in gas about that time, but not no $109. then it came out later how someone hard hacked into the murphy oil credit card system & diverted some over charges into a hackers account. but that wal mart visa would not do anything about it.
