I am an owner of a 2000 grand jeep ladero in the last 4 months I have gone through more then several gallons of anti freeze, had my heater core disconnected due to insane cost, my check gauge light keeps coming on, I have less then half of my oil preasure and I have replaced the entire back brake planels. I took it to the shop I have my work done to, had a complete electrical check done all appeared to be fine, but my guy addressed the oil presure futher bad out come from that information. Just had a horrible experience there where they refused to honor Internet prices claiming they were listing dealer costs not sales...yet nothing on the site says they AREN'T the sale price. Drove 50 miles round trip only to be told prices were 2-3k more than advertised price I am contacting AG office for deceptive practices under 93a. I encorage everyone to do so as the more complaints the more likey AG office is to hold them to fines of 5k per violation. read full review »

The Sandstone Gas Station is situated at the end of two elementary schools. I have often gone in there around after school time and the owner is unbelievably rude to the children. Now, I understand that it is a business and the owner is afraid of shoplifting and the amount of traffic from the children in the store. What I do not like is how she treats them like criminals and says it to their faces. There is two other employees working for these people and i ask them to put me on payroll instesad of paying me cash weeks ago when they bought this station and her response back to me was im only going to put my family on payroll which i felt was wrong, but I continued working because jobs are hard to find now days I dont know what to do now because she has since let me go . I know that the other employees are working under the table because they will not put them on payroll. There is a total of two for a fact that i know of . Son crashed car into guardrail after skidding on wet pavement. We were old it would be over 10k to fix., thereby totalling the car(bought it for 12, 000 plus tax). Pemco claims Liberty Bay sent paperwork stating it would only be $8500 to fix the 2007 Nissan Versa. They told us our car was worth over 14K and therefore needs to be repaired not totaled. We are receiving 3 to 6 calls a week which immediately tells you it is a scam. You push either 2 or 9 to be removed from the list, and you get another call the next day. These are independent sellers, and the number that appears is usually a home business number. I purchased A new 2008 Honda Fit a few months ago. The A/C stop cooling. The repair cost $664.00. No warranty to cover the repair. The compressor got a hole in it. The damage came from normal road driving. And could happen again. The dealership repair shop said 'it happens'. Is this a design flaw or poor quality materials? I have purchased gas at this location many times. I went in today to purchase a soft drink. I was told I could not purchase just the soft drink, that I had to purchase something else to make the total purchase of $5.oo. For one thing I don't smoke, was not hungry. I just did not need anything else. I gave the cashier my credit card. I did not want any cash back. I just find this stupid. Especially when this is a local gas station, surrounded by the community. My husband and I own a 2006 F-150 (with relatively low mileage) that my husband regularly has serviced at the previous mentioned location. First of all, we called LD Automotive about a vehicle we saw on the internet and we were told it was there to come down. When we got there it was not on the lot. I sent in the original $5.00 they asked for and since May of 2008 I have been sendin in my rebate slips along with receipts of purchasing gas required. They have been promising me my rebate card since August and I have called them numerous times with the same result. No rebate!!! THIS IS A SCAM, WATCH OUT!!! If you are contacted by LeasePlacer.com DO NOT do business with them. They came to my house claiming they could sub lease my vehicle to a third party, guaranteeing payment of the vehicle note, insurance, etc. They provided a legal contract and took my car. Since that time I have only received a couple of payments and despite all my contacts with them, they just don't return my calls. I've paid to have Safe Auto insurance for almost 6 years now. I was asked by my State's Dept of Safety to provide a specific form to them. For the first time since I signed up with Safe Auto, I called their customer support to request a copy of the form...seemed easy enough. I was told it would take about 48 hours to process and I would need to call back. So I did. The next I called (48 hrs later), I was told that the form would be faxed to me. I bought a 2004 F150 from Foster Ford one month ago. The truck was scheduled 3 days later to be serviced to apply a tail gate cap, replace light in instrument panel and check on a noise in the motor. I was told the truck "would be right" when it was ready to leave the lot. The noise in the motor is a cam timing sensor. Told the bill will be $1600+ but 10% discount. That is 50% of how much my car is worth. I declined and went picked up the car. Guess what, instead of free inspection they got me for 22 bucks. I ordered a set of Rotors with pads included for my vehicle. I received the correct rotors, and 3/4 of the correct pads. But 1/4 of them were incorrect. I had the vehicle already torn apart, and the mechanic was involved in the job. Rickenbacher Group has reported charges to credit bureau concerning bogus charges on a car I owned over 15 years ago. This is a new fraud operation designed to extract money from victims by working with towing, storage facilities and credit bureaus. Rickenbacher has their clients to look on their lots for any cars they trace to the last owner and claim towing and storage charges which Rickenbacher will then report to credit bureaus. I have reported this to the Texas Attorney General to investigate and I suggest other victims do the same in their home states. Serra Chevrolet told me one price of my truck with my tradein. They in turn got $1500 down and $500 rebate then charged me over $3, 000 for gap disability life insurance that gap said I was not eligable for. They also added the payoff on my truck to the financed amount and that wasn't the agreement. I was told from Gap that I paid too much for my new truck leaving me a balance of over $6, 000 on my stolen truck. I have had a problem for the past six months with an air conditioner for this car not working on days when temperatures are above 20 degrees celcius. This started when the car was at 36, 000 km, a thing that never happened with my old hardbordy (at 160, 000km) and my corrola (at 250, 000km). I tried to rent a car from Trifty using the money card on 01/10/09 they put a $350 deposit and then when they couldn't rent the car due to it being a money card they voided the contract out. I feel when they voided the contract my deposit should be automatically return back to the card. Now I am being told it will be 60 days before the money is return. This is totally unacceptable when Thrifty release the contract there is no more responsibilty to the moneycard since I had to use another card to rent the car and a $350 deposit. I am an ex employee of Paragon Acura. It was the worst job that I've ever had so far. Complete torture to get out of bed everyday and go there.The most unorganized dealership by far. Employees are treated worse then garbage. It's pathetic. Totally took advantage of mostly about warranty and condition of vehicle. Misinformed as far as condition of vehicle, but i imagine we've all been in that position dealing with a car salesman.
