This is a very sleazy and lazy company. They basically make the customer do all the work. They have no desire to pay so they simply drag things out as long as possible, forcing the customer to nag and push them to get things done(one requirement at a time over and over again). They also are not reasonable(won't respond to English or logic, chooses to insist on their rules as they define the words). I purchased a complete chrome billet front end from Tejas for $1, 650 dollars. The machining tolerances of this front end was so poor, we could not remove the fork end caps and had to re-thread several threaded holes just to mount parts. We could not remove the top fork end cap to screw in the blind triple tree fork cap, so there was no way to assemble one of the legs. I purchased my 2007 Ion in June of last year. Brand new. Just to pick up my car took three times driving the 45 mins to the dealership. Then i wanted a sunroof so i went to the dealership and purchased an aftermarket sunroof. I had nothing but problems with 5 or 6 trips out to the dealership to get it taken care of. Then once the sunroof was in and settled my dome light literally fell out of the ceiling. Another 3 trips to get that fixed i ended up going to Saturn of Farmington Hills. On 12/04/04 we purchased a engine from Jasper Engine for a Eagle Talon TSi. It came with a 36 month or 50, 000 mile Parts & Labor warranty. No problem with the motor until 09/07/05 and it started to blow blue smoke and sputter. We took it back to the garage, Everett's Auto and they told me the turbo was bad and needed replaced. Wanted to repair a 20mm deep cramp on the driver side of my windscreen which appeared due to low temperature but i've been refused. Man in the office says it's to small to repair and even does not look like a star and are not able to fix it. Not able??!!. They wanted to replace it only. Purchased a vehicle in early August 2008. Paid for vehicle in full. We had a dispute about a mechanical issue the the seller did not disclose but admitted he was aware of. Threatened to not send the title, repo the vehicle via notice of unwind (in AZ this can only be initiated by the purchaser) and to cancel the registration. I'm disappointed that my complaint has not been responded to. I laid one on Sunday, 02.11.2008 afternoon. I was at Fortgale Sasol and bought petrol. The attendant just grabbed the money and proceeded to chat with his pals; no thank you, no is there anything else I can help with, worst of all, notill slip. Upon my asking for the till slip at least, the man in dreadlocks(attendant: not that I mind dreadlocks) told me I should have asked for it; the till slip that is. I purchased a vehicle form premier Atlantic back in august.We were upside down on what we owed for are current vehicle that we were trying to trade in. So instead on trading it in they said they would help us try and sell it for what we owed using their financing and their advertisement. That did not happen but that isn't the problem. I recently was involved in an accident which totaled my truck. Under my contract with CarBiz Auto Credit, Inc., I would get another vehicle of same purchase price and value as when I first bought mine. And I would continue to pay just the balance on my account I owed. After submitting an accident report and several attempts to contact them nothing has been done to fulfill the contract and its been past 60 days now. My car was sent for service at toyota service centre (Larkin, JB) and the bumper was dented which I had only discovered 1 day later. I forwarded my complaints to the abovementioned center becauses I suspected it was damaged there. I was given a reply bluntly by the manager that such thing would never happen at his center and his workers would not lie to him without conducting a thorough investigation. Do not buy from these people, they are ridiculous...I paid my registration fees, called and called for my new tags/plates only to find out 3 months later they have had 2 drawers filled with plates and tags from not only myself but other buyers as well. Per the DMV my plates were shipped out to them the same month I purchased the vehicle, 3 months prior.. and I was charged a $61 penalty fee which I was unaware of by Starline Motors because the registrationwas expired from the year before, which they did not disclose... After explaining carefully the extensive work my motorcycle needed Bill and Craig agreed to take it on. It needed numerous parts. Instead of fixing it they left it untouched for 5 months and told me they had ordered all the parts needed. They didn't provide an estimate for costs because they never looked at it. I purchased a car battery for $59.50 with a 60 month prorated warranty (cost= $.99 a month for 60 months). The battery only lasted 25 months before it became defective. When I went back to return the battery to receive my prorated refund for 35 months or $34.65 credit (35months x $.99= $34.65 credit) I was told that I would receive a prorate credit based upon the current 'list price' of the battery and not the actual price I paid for it. I have been telling the Customer Service Rep that the Diesel at that location exceeds the local economy prices for the past week. I stopped last week on or about the 28th of Oct to get fuel it was 3.39 a gallon for Diesel. I looked on the internet and found diesel on Verrans Parkway at a Chevron for 2.79 a gallon, on Buena Vesta for 3.11 and another for 3.20 in which all prices are below the Shoppette's Dixie Rd price of 3.39. Today is the 4th of Nov and still the cost is at 3.39 a gallon. Why are the AAFES prices on Diesel more expensive than that of the local community? FOR 2008 THIS COMPANY DEDUCTED $89.00 per month from my credit card. Then two months ago...they deducted NOTHING! When I had my car towed and repaired today, I went on line and found this instead of a website! They just dissapeared and left me with NOTHING!
