Sells cars with fake warranty documents and won't honor any claims even though the repairs were approved by them. the phone number on the warranty card is bogus and the warranty is a fake self funded GUARANTEE scheme, saving them from any service costs under the warranties conditions. My husband & I purchased the Valet Remote Start/Alarm system from ABC in October, 2004 for$318.--which included a 5-year warranty plus. The installers also connected my auto's trunk opening to the system. We had problems within a month of installation--we took it to ABC Installation department--which had to replace the whole system. My husband and I purchased a brand new Odyssey Van in June 2006. Absolutely love the van. We have had no problems until we realized our air conditioner wasn’t working recently in May 2008. Our van only has 24, 000 miles on it. I called Fairfield Performance Honda service and was told if it is a rock that damaged the condenser it is not covered. We recently got a new 2008 Town and Country from Bob and Chuck Eddy's in Austintown, ohio and the electronics would turn off intermittently after 4 days. We told our salesman and he saw the problem as soon as we took it over. I reserved a standard size car at the Payless site at Orlando Airport. When I arrived I was told there were no more cars in that category. I was told most cars were rented and I had to go up one class for more money of course. As i completed my transaction the gentlemen next to me was offered a PT Cruiser which was in my class I wanted originally. I took my vechicle in to have the pinion bearing replaced. They had already done my brakes for me twice and fixed my transmission ring before, so I thought they were okay. Unfortunately, the boss was away on vacation, and the person that did my work tried to scam me this time. They had quoted me $250-$300, and one day of working on it. They took two days, and when I came to pick it up they wanted over $700! I did not okay that amount in advance and was very upset. The catalytic converter has gone at 19000 km. I'm, told this should not be the case and that VWGI should replace it for me. They don't want to know and only 50% of the part and none of the labour will be covered by the dealers. Skoda's customer care don't want to cooperate and are passing the book. Don't use John's car service. He is unethical and I had contracted him to pick me up from Miami and which he did and then I had never contracted him to drop me off, however he was sneaky and asked the date of our return home and then he said we had a contract. Purchased Battery for riding mower in late January 2008 which supposedly carried a 3 year warranty. I was advised by merchant to take battery out of mower until mowing season which would lengthen life of battery (my last battery lasted 3 years leaving it in the mower). In early May 2008, battery was taken out of laundry room, installed on mower, but the mower would not start. Battery was taken to Auto Zone for overnight slow charge. There's a long list of complaints but I will only list the worst offenses including, but not limited to:
- Removal of speakers and head unit AFTER I purchased the boat - replaced with junk
- I paid for delivery (expecting a flatbed) towed boat 3000 miles with NO chains, unsafe bearings

My parents have come over from New Zealand to drive around Europe in a camper van that my husband and i own.
They called the RAC before they left NZ, explained that the van is owned us (we live in Scotland), and that they would be driving around it Europe in it for 4 months. They informed the RAC that they do not have UK drivers licenses on several occasions throughout the conversation and asked for an insurance quote to cover these circumstances.

I lost my wheel lock so instead of going thru the hassle of ordering one i figured it was easier taking my car to this kwik kar and for them to remove it. I ask the manager (or owner?) i it is possible, he ask the mechanic and says yes, gets my keys and takes my car in the shop. The mechanic works on it and in 10 minutes its done. I needed to get gas and to save my cash I decided to use my visa debit card. A brand new can, clearly labeled 5 gallons, U.S... We pumped the 91 octane premium on pump # 10. We were buying this fuel @ $4.12.9 per gallon. I had an accident on 17 April 2008. A R.A.M. courier driver sped through a red robot and collided with my vehicle and sent me spinning. My vehicle was written off a week later and I am STILL waiting for MFC to de-register the vehicle so that the insurance can settle the car and I can buy a new one!!! The insurance company want the de-registration papers first and MFC wont de-register the vehicle until the Insurance have settled it. smart key to my 2007 nissan altima 2.5s is so sensative that when put in pockets it will open the trunk or doors if touch anyhow from a distance after locking it. this should be considered as a default covered under the warranty of 3-years or 36000 miles bumper to bumper. i have brought this up several times to the nissan people here in sierra vista and tucson. also to your people that call me every other month asking if i have any complaints of my nissan but nothing is ever done or am called back on this matter. what will happen if someday... read full review »

I purchased a 2006 Passat in October 2006. Since that time, I have had my car in the shop 9 times, including right now. I have had several engine and transmission issues, as well as radio, AC, and electrical problems. My issues seem to be temporarily fixed at the time I take the car in, but re-surface shortly after. Malpractice! The car doctor took 4 months to replace my motor and this being my only work vehicle; they damaged my business. However, I was willing to overlook the exorbitant price of $6, 000.00 when they returned my truck. To my shock and dismay the motor blew w/ less than a 1, 000 miles on the new motor and with a unconditional one year warranty, I assumed the car doctor(GILBERT) would make good on it.
