I don't know what this thing is. But I got a 2.96 charge on my bank account for 2 months in a row. The first month I got busy and didn't call to cancel, so they got me for a 2nd month. McNicolas Realtor is a 1 woman (Peggy Langen) operation. She is spread way too thin and wont have much to do with protecting your property besides collecting your monthly payment. She managed my property for 18 months and didn't even give it a drive by. I moved to Mississauga on August 1st and decided to move into this sad building with boars as managers because I was shown a clean, nice apartment in the beginning but then given a different one. I invested a number of years ago and now can't get my agent to return a call to deal with my account and when I call to arrange to move funds to another company I am told that I have to pay several hundred dollars in fees to release my funds.
