I had ordered the Rezberry Pro and Rezberry Ultra on August 25, 2009. I received the products, and decided I didn't want them anymore, so on Sept. 6, 2009 I sent them an email stating that I wanted the order canceled. I had 14 days to cancel this. It was within the 14 days when I notified them, they say it was over. I have been charged for the two products. One was for $68.32 and the other was for $87.00. I didn't mind paying for the shipping, but this is rediculous to pay this when I had cancelled it. Can you help me out? Hope so, I hate to see other people get took. We were approached by Starpoint Resorts about a sales presentation to purchase a time share 4/09. Unfortunate we bought believing we received 4 free trips, with a $4.95 fee to pay. And then a $99.00 refundable fee to pay before booking, and then once you show up you receive this deposit. All they told us we pay is the taxes. I've been paying on a single wide trailer for 10yrs. My start off was 48, 522.00 in June of 1999, with Greentree financial. My payoff as of today Sept 19, 2009 is 47, 265.80. Don't believe ANYTHING posted on their web site. No one is ever in the office, the gate was broken for almost a year and then "jerry-rigged" to work. You can never call and speak to a person (unless its rent due day). On top of all this they are trying to charge late fee's even when you HAVE paid on time.
