I have found that ACS recorded the amount of the payment I made in December of 2009 for less than the amount I actually paid. Currently I just finish a course in Computer Literacy and have been given a grade that is not fair. I am a student of Kaplan University High School, and have been having some problem with the schools staff. The school staff always wants to place the blame on me for their short comings. I ordered transcripts from Moody Bible Institute (MBI) about a month ago, but was told that there was a financial hold on my account. I graduated in 2004 and have not taken any classes from them since that time. They don't allow a student to graduate if that student owes the school money. I keep calling about the problem. In my opinion UMA is a waste of time & $. I took the online billing program for $14, 500. I was told I could make up to $18 an hour as a medical biller. I was told UMA has several job sources available for graduates. I was told there would be externship opportunities. I was further told the online course would be 6 week modules and that if I was not happy with the online course that I could “simply” transfer to the on-campus courses. I went to work there through a temp agency. The customer service group was treated like lepers. We had to remain at work regardless of weather conditions while everyone else, including HR went home early or worked from home, especially if they had no sitters.
